I must say, I am a pretty spoiled kitten. For Christmas this year, my extremely talented and brilliant boyfriend made me seven amazing watercolor pieces capturing our adventures and loves. I had no idea what he was planning to draw for me, so it was hard knowing he had them drawn up but still having to wait so long to get them. But it was worth the torture. I love every single damn one so much i want to press them against peoples faces when they’re trying to watch tv and snuggle them at night. I’m going to start wearing a trench coat so i can have them hanging on the inside like a scalper and when someone starts talking to me I can open up my coat and point and say “eh? eh?” then quickly close my coat and say “sorry, they’re mine, SUCKA!”

I thought I was pretty good at surprises, but Austin won this years Christmas present war. He also managed to find a black & white hypnotizing umbrella that i have been wanting for years now. And my very own Oswald plushy! (amongst other things, but i will spare you the list). gooo-geee, i love my babee.

okay, if you read this far and you aren’t in need of clean up because you puked all over your keyboard then i am releasing you back into the wild. You may now return to your regularly scheduled program of refreshing tumblr and facebook incessantly, while you play with your beard and/or sweep your long hair across your top lip to make a mustache.  xx

Piece Descriptions-by Austin:

Piece 1-April and I visit Disneyland quite often so I had to do a piece representing all our many great memories there. This piece was by far the most complex of the entire gift making bonanza I did this year for Christmas and I couldn’t be happier with how it came out.

Piece 2-Also how could I not do a comic about Zombies for her. That would just be ridiculous not to.

Piece 3-She and I went on an amazing trip up to Big Bear this winter and you can bet I was on constant look out for snowballs.

Piece 4-She and I also have the same type of sweatshirt and accidentally wear them both at the same time occasionally.

Piece 5-April loves the Beetlejuice sandworms and the snake from Nightmare Before Christmas. Making them kiss seemed appropriate and a tiny bit awkward.

Piece 6-April and I as Audrey and Seymour for Halloween this year.

Piece 7-Pricklepants (Her favorite Toy Story character) and Stretch (mine).
